Your Role as an MCCI:

As an MCCI, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality APS-MCC training, strictly adhering to current CAA regulations. We’re looking for instructors who can truly inspire and educate, focusing on developing crucial skills such as effective teamwork, communication, and decision-making among our trainees.

You should be proficient in facilitative training techniques and possess a clear understanding of how to apply pilot competencies in a training environment.

All training duties are planned to be conducted at the British Airways Flight Training complex at LHR.

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for these opportunities, candidates must:

• Hold or have held a CPL(A), MPL(A), or ATPL(A) pilot licence.
• Have completed a minimum of 1,500 hours of flying experience as a pilot in relevant multi-crew and multi-pilot operations.
• Possess a current UK CAA or EASA instructor qualification (e.g., TRI, CRI, FI, or MCCI).
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.

Highly Desirable Experience:

• Experience on A320, B737, or B777 aircraft is strongly desirable.
