I was surprised to learn how much responsibility cabin crew actually have, as I hadn’t realised they are trained to handle serious situations like medical emergencies, CPR, and evacuations. It made me understand that their role goes far beyond customer service, focusing mainly on passenger safety. This also showed me how important hands-on, practical training is, as it prepares them to respond quickly and confidently in real-life emergencies. I really recommend this course to anyone aspiring a career as a cabin crew!
