Cliff was incredibly friendly and inclusive. He answered all of my questions (and I asked a lot) with excellent knowledge. He is very knowledgable and communicates the information clearly, checking that we all understood the content. He incorporated lots of interactive content, quizzes and team activities to keep us engaged, get to know each other better, and develop knowledge by getting hands-on and thinking for ourselves. I was surprised to learn how much responsibility cabin crew actually have, as I hadn’t realised they are trained to handle serious situations like medical emergencies, CPR, and evacuations. It made me understand that their role goes far beyond customer service, focusing mainly on passenger safety. This also showed me how important hands-on, practical training is, as it prepares them to respond quickly and confidently in real-life emergencies. I really recommend this course to anyone aspiring a career as a cabin crew! 

This course has changed my perspective by highlighting the important role cabin crew play in sustainability. As a result, I now see cabin crew not only as service providers, but it has made me aware of how their everyday roles can have a significant environmental impact. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to start or return to a career in aviation! The content is thorough and up to date, the practical exercises are highly engaging, and the instructor creates a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
