EmPower Flight celebrates the Pioneers of Tomorrow with discounted rates for cabin crew training

Farnborough, UK – 15 July, 2026: EmPower Flight is encouraging school leavers, graduates and career changers visiting Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) to consider a career as cabin crew.
A First Appearance at Farnborough Airshow’s Pioneers of Tomorrow
The aviation training provider, built on a commitment to sustainability, innovation and inclusion, is marking its first appearance at Farnborough’s Pioneers of Tomorrow event by offering 10% off the cost of its upcoming Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) courses.
Amir Said, Director, EmPower Flight, says: “We’re incredibly proud to be part of an event known to inspire and engage the next generation of aerospace leaders.
“Airlines are forecast to need more than one million new cabin crew over the next 20 years*, and we want to show Farnborough attendees how they can be part of creating a diverse and representative cabin crew workforce that is very much in demand.”
Meet Cabin Crew Graduates and Try a Live Safety Demonstration
Visitors to the airshow on Friday 24th July are invited to join the EmPower team in Hall 1, Inspire, meet recent CCA course graduates, experience an interactive live cabin crew safety demonstration, receive career advice from aviation professionals and stand a chance to win prizes with a Spin the Wheel challenge.
Ellie Alcock, CCA graduate, says: “The role of cabin crew is incredibly diverse and is essential for ensuring safety in the skies. Far from simply serving food and drinks, we undergo extensive training to become first aiders, firefighters, and survival experts.
“Being cabin crew offers an incredible introduction into the world of commercial aviation, allowing me to develop a deeper understanding of aviation operations and safety firsthand.”
What the Cabin Crew Attestation Course Covers
EmPower Flight offers a seven-day immersive CCA programme which combines industry-standard safety and service training with an introduction to evolving sustainability practices, employability skills and progression support. CCA serves as a legal requirement for anyone performing cabin crew duties on a commercial aircraft.
Courses next run in Oxford on 19-23rd October 2026, and in Ealing on 8-12th February 2027. For further information, please visit: https://empowerflight.aero/crew-training/
