EmPower Flight | Cabin Crew Scholarship

At EmPower Flight, we are committed to fostering the next generation of aviation professionals by removing barriers, championing diversity, and promoting sustainable practices across the industry. Our Cabin Crew Scholarship supports ambitious individuals passionate about aviation.

This scholarship includes financial assistance and structured training support, to help applicants complete an approved UK CAA Cabin Crew Attestation course.

Who Should Apply?

• Aged 18 – 60
• Interested in a Cabin Crew career
• Motivated and aligned with EmPower Flight values
• Able to meet the CAA medical requirements

You will not require a medical to complete the scholarship, but should be confident in achieving the required standard, as without a medical, you will not be able to exercise the privileges of your Cabin Crew Attestation.

How To Apply

Complete our online application, which will ask these four questions:

1. What has motivated you to pursue a career as cabin crew, and what do you believe you would bring to the role?

2. How would receiving this scholarship make a difference to your life?

3. Describe how your values align with that of our organisation (Integrity, Respect, Excellence)?

4. If you were successful, how would you communicate your passion for aviation, become a role model and help inspire others?

Complete the application form by midnight 7th February 2026

If shortlisted, you will be invited to a short online interview to be held during w/c 9 February or w/c 16 February 2026.
